    Native of Frelighsburg, this mother of 2 always knew that at the end of her Law studies in Montreal, she would come back to the country to practice and further her legal career

    Thomas Lavin welcomed her to his firm while she was studying law before her bar, and then as an articling student in early 1998.

    Since 1999, she has practiced at the Lavin Gosselin firm as a bilingual attorney mainly in the fields of family law, estate, youth protection, civil and commercial law and civil and medical liability. Me Gosselin is also an accredited family mediator since 2003.

    Me Gosselin and her team promote a preventive approach in order to avoid litigation, minimize legal costs and foster long term relationships. Me Gosselin is not only able to assist you towards settlements and negotiations, she is also able to plead your litigious matters before the various courts when, in rare cases, it becomes impossible to reach an agreement.

    Ms. Gosselin is a person who gives of her time and takes the lawyer-client relationship to heart. Over the past few years, she has been involved with various associations. She has been particularly involved with the BMAYS foundation and has served for several years as president of Parenfant Montérégie. She has been actively involved in the organization of La Soirée Champêtre to raise funds to improve health care in the region for the BMP Hospital and Le Diapason. She also sits on the board of Camp Garagona which helps people with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders. She actively participates in various fundraising activities to help various organizations in the region.
    Me Gosselin has also been involved for many years in the Bedford Bar Association and as a senior counselor.
